Qualia is an incredible resort that offers a tranquil escape with stunning views, luxurious amenities, and a range of activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although I was slightly disappointed with the arrangement of the beds. The service can be a bit hit-or-miss, with some outstanding employees but also moments that felt rushed. Overall, the dining experience was fantastic, but the check-out process was less than ideal due to frequent interruptions. It's definitely a memorable place, but there's room for improvement.
